End of Summer

School starts tomorrow....summer flew by.  We are preparing for our big day with a last minute list that will take us most of the day to get through.  Brooks had a great vacation with Grammie Bernie and Papa Dave.  They visited Pike's Peak, a real working gold mine, and the Denver Zoo.  I took the big boys golfing on Thursday....where I only had to call the pro shop once to report my cart not working. The nice man asked me to check the Forward/Reverse switch, which was positioned in no man's land.  Once we put it back in drive, it worked fine!  We went to the Trails West Festival Friday and Saturday, where we ate some yummy food, watched our friends play in a band on the family stage, made some leather crafts, and watched the war reenactments.  New school shoes and haircuts were in order...so, now we are ready!
